Attorney Gregg A. Stone, Managing Partner
Gregg Alan Stone is the principal managing member of the firm. He concentrates his practice in all aspects of plaintiffs’ personal injury, including medical malpractice, product liability, construction accidents, burn accidents, bus accidents, motorcycle accidents, car accidents, fall-down accidents, and dog bites.
He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by less than 5% of attorneys throughout the State. He is also certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Certified Trial Specialist and by the National Board of Civil Pretrial Practice Advocacy. He is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, having obtained numerous million-dollar and multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements.
Mr. Stone has obtained awards on behalf of his clients against some of the largest corporations. His cases have been featured in media throughout the country, including the Associated Press, Fox Business, CBS News, NBC News, and ABC News.
Mr. Stone has been included in the "Super Lawyers" list published by Thomson Reuters and reported by New Jersey Monthly Magazine since 2006. Mr. Stone is a member of the Board of Governors of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ), representing the civil trial bar of New Jersey. Additionally, Mr. Stone frequently teaches fellow lawyers at NJAJ seminars. He is also a Master and Executive Board Member of the Brennan-Vanderbilt Essex Inns of Court, teaching young lawyers professionalism and the art and skill of courtroom trial advocacy.
